One Rep for your Project
After a request for a free quote, your information is sent to a field rep that services the area of your build. This rep will build your quote based on the information given. If you then choose to proceed with Western Truss, the same field rep will be dedicated to your project for efficiency and continuity. The entire Western Truss team will be available to service the build, but a single rep will be your primary point of contact to minimize confusion or complications.
On-site measuring
In order to customize your build to your foundation, every field rep personally measures each project stem wall before your trusses are built. Engineered plans may not always reflect the exact on-site structure of your project. Our field rep’s on-site measurement is to ensure accurate off-site building of your product. Western Truss prides itself on this error-minimizing step that many do not provide to their customers.

Value Engineering
At Western Truss, every project goes through value engineering to see how to best complete a build in the most cost-effective manner. For you, the customer, this is an important, valued step to ensure you are receiving the best price for your project without losing the quality, strength, and engineering that your building requires. Without this step, you may end up with an over-built or under-built project that costs you more or compromises your structure. All of our designers have been promoted from our production team which gave them hands-on experience. This provides them understanding and knowledge to design the most cost-effective product for our facility.

Logistics
Delivery When You Need It
To ensure you receive your trusses in the best condition, the trusses are not built until your delivery is put on the schedule. This ensures you don’t convolute your building site with these large building products until you are ready for them. If there is a delay in your project after production has begun, we will hold your trusses in our yard until your delays are resolved.
Delivery Where You Want It
Northern Arizona has some of the most difficult jobsites anywhere in the US. Our drivers have extensive experience in delivering to the most difficult-to-reach areas of Arizona. Western Truss delivery drivers are specially trained for this specific job. Many build sites are in narrow locations and have difficulties with large delivery trucks that require a skilled driver. This team is dedicated to delivering your trusses safely to your build site when and where you need them.
Our Drivers:
- Sampson Larson – Logistics Manager & Lead Driver
- Zachary Hunter – Delivery Driver
- Jimmy Patchin– Delivery Driver
